North Kitsap Grad Pictures | Ash’s Session at Point No Point

Ash's senior pictures at Point No Point were light, peaceful, and genuinely lovely from start to finish. The afternoon had a soft overcast sky with plenty of light coming through, which gave everything a gentle, even quality that suited the calm energy of the session perfectly. Point No Point in May with that kind of light is one of those combinations that just works every single time.

We stayed on the beach and worked with the driftwood, which kept the session feeling relaxed and unhurried. The soft colors of the overcast sky and the lush greens along the tree line gave the backdrop a quiet depth that let Ash be the clear focal point of every frame. Sometimes the most peaceful sessions produce the most beautiful galleries, and this was one of those.

Ash is a senior at Olympic High School, and her cap and gown was blue with a white sash. Underneath it she wore a white dress with blue florals that matched the blue of her cap and gown almost exactly. It looked completely intentional and pulled together in a way that made the whole look feel cohesive from the ground up rather than just a gown thrown over whatever was underneath. The blue stood out cleanly against the surrounding greens without being harsh, which is exactly what you want from a graduation session at a nature location.
